How old do you have to be to get a massage?

I have worked with people from 2 mos to 94yrs.

 

How Do I dress?

There is a process of draping the client which allows a modest person to feel comfortable. The client is free to leave on their clothes. However, to enjoy the benefits of a Swedish massage one needs to disrobe. Often people leave on their underpants.

 

Will the massage hurt?

During a massage I welcome feedback, so that I know if I am going too deep or too light. You won’t hurt my feelings if you direct the massage to your liking. A good massage therapist will appreciate the feedback.

 

 

Why shouldn’t I get a massage when I have a cold?

The cold itself can be worsened by the massage.
